TAG Group FBOs top international survey
8th May 2013 by TAG Farnborough Airport
TAG Farnborough Airport and TAG Aviation Geneva, both part of TAG Group, have placed first and second respectively in the Aviation International News (AIN) International FBO Survey 2013.
The results are based on the feedback of AIN magazine readers who use FBOs and/or are directly involved in flight planning, including a cross-section of pilots, air crews, flight schedulers and flight department managers from international operators. It is the seventh consecutive time TAG Farnborough Airport has been voted ‘International FBO of the Year’ and a year-on-year success for TAG Aviation Geneva, which placed fourth in 2012.
“This accolade is tribute to the hard work and dedication of our airport team at Farnborough as well as the continued investment in business aviation facilities and services,” said Brandon O’Reilly, CEO of TAG Farnborough Airport. “Our customers expect bespoke, seamless service and that will continue to be our focus.”
“Since 1966, we have been a group that is committed to pioneering business aviation standards,” said Robert Wells, CEO, TAG Aviation Holding and TAG Aviation Europe. “This award demonstrates our ability to provide customers with industry-leading quality wherever they encounter the TAG brand.”
TAG Farnborough Airport is based 40 miles from central London and is the UK’s only dedicated business aviation airport, featuring an award-winning terminal, control tower and more than 240,000 sq ft of hangarage space and office accommodation. Services include direct ramp access, concierge service, a crew room with ‘snooze’ facilities, The Aviator hotel (also part of the TAG Group) located on-site as well as aircraft maintenance and servicing from TAG Farnborough Engineering.
TAG Aviation’s Flight Centre at Geneva International Airport is repeatedly voted one of Europe’s best private facilities for jet aviation handling, offering a full range of services. It features a private terminal with spacious lounges, conference rooms and on-site Swiss and French customs and immigration. Aircraft handling services include authorised (EASA and FAA 145) maintenance, fuelling and catering coordination. Passengers and crew can also easily connect to Geneva International Airport’s main terminal, railway station and helipad.
